A handful of dirt was retrieved next to the road adjacent to this chili field and examined with the Vreeland Spectroscope. There was not a bright and bold spectral line like seen from the mineralization on "Water Tank Hill". Nevertheless, the mere presence of thallium in this soil indicates contamination.
Because of my respect for private property rights no area plant growth (chili, alpha, etc.) was collected from these irrigated fields.
